WEST CHESTER, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lithko Contracting, LLC (“Lithko”), a leading national concrete contractor, together with their financial partners The Pritzker Organization and DNS Capital, today announced that on December 31, 2020, they acquired the assets of Capitol Concrete Contractors, Inc. (Capitol).

Capitol has been providing premium concrete contracting services since 2003, specializing in complete concrete construction including foundations, sloped walls, slabs and site work. Capitol has more than 300 associates, serving customers in the Austin and Central Texas areas.
